Your Private Search starts here...

Allow Gemma to coordinate a bespoke private search for you through her network of top agents across Europe, giving you access to the finest of properties and the very 'hottest' opportunities currently on the market, ensuring that you navigate seamlessly the pitfalls of buying in another country.

Influencer Connect...

The Viewing connects Europe’s leading estate agents with the world’s top real estate influencers. Today, influencer reach is a key tool in every agent’s toolkit. Agents reach high-net-worth buyers at the moment of inspiration, with each listing matched to the influencer most likely to bring leads, at the best rates. Influencers gain more paid posts and, on many collaborations, commission when a buyer acquires a property. Find out more...
